Good response. I suspect that a little research would show that one consideration for the existence of time limits on counting votes was for the very reason that time allows opportunity for monkey business. With Boise and Gore claiming to seek fair countings even as they fight in court to attain biased countings only, Monkey Business is exactly what's happening.

What the hell are you talking about? Nobody, but you, has ever claimed that all votes must be count on the same day. Go look for a Federal, State authority that states that all votes must be counted on the same day. Your going to be looking for a long time.
