Tim, as was mentioned a number of times, for the Fl-SC to fix a standard when the legislature wrote the law of "determine the voter's intent by each canvassing board", would have been writing new law. As for Friday and last week's action, with so many exogenous factors it is difficult to determine, but I see the initial signs of a good year end rally brewing here with VECO, CYMI, and the quartet all making new "recovery highs". These highs did not hold on the close (and after hours they collapsed, but that was exogenous as well), and thus could be "whipsaw", but in general, I think that starting to get back in earlythis week and then out early in January will prove "beneficial".

What is a Bear Trap vs a Bull Trap

A Bear trap - is when you are long when you should be short
and vice versa?

Or the other way around?

Thanks

Hi Tim - re: BAC, I thought everyone knew about the SOC situation when the Street slammed FTU. Then, suddenly, it was news again with BAC! However, your point of Loan Reserve is new to me. That will not bode well to financials in general. Even the conservative ones are likely to be tarred and feathered!

With regard to FLSC, I guess it is moot now. USSC has essentially dropped the curtain and save FL Legislature. FWIW, FLSC is in a damn-if-you-do-damn-if-you-don't. It cannot define the formula of a "valid vote" without being accused of writing laws. Then, it is attacked for not defining it.

best, Bosco
