This is great news as Batapaglia is the eternal Bull happens to be right on here. I have been involved in the stock market for over 40 years. I believe that a rumor which attacks the basic honesty of a company like SUN is not very credible to bellieve. I know Sun to err to the conservative side in their actions and pre-annnouncements. I have a very strong feeling that if the SEC was investigating them, they would know about it and release this information to the street. I see great similarities with TYCO.
