How can you define "the truth;" i.e., the clear intent of the voter, when the Florida Supreme Court didn't bother to attend to that minor detail in their ruling?

And who here can honestly say like Gunzberger says that if someone voted for other democrats on the ticket they must have meant to vote for gore even though the hole wasn't punched?
