Julius:

The futures market pit just opened Sunday PM in Chicago. The S&P 500 is up 30 1/2pts. The Nasdaq composite has bumped up to the maximum limit of 95. So the futures love the prospect that Gore's chances have lessened.

After the Florida courts negative decision for Bush hit right after the markets close last week, the Island prices and the Qs began to drop.

The reverse is now true after the U.S. Court's decision so this market is held hostage to the outcome of the election at this time as most might see it.

I don't know if I would like to take any long positions in anything right now with the prospect that Mr. Gore would trump Bush in the end. There's more than market volatility built in here. Holding - my breadth. I've got some qqq calls I'd like to unwind.
