To all: Here is the REAL scandal. According to the Palm Beach Post today the problem is in the OVER VOTES. They found that a number of ballots had two holes punched out for President and some of them had the PRESIDENT THEY WANTED handwritten on the ballot. IT WAS BUSH. So, this likely proves the Gore/Daley team was busy double punching with that votomatic machine they were transporting around but they didnt know some people WROTE IN THEIR CHOICE TOO. hahaha, they got caught in the trap. JDN

Dems argue that if all the "votes" aren't counted someone will go in after Bush becomes President and count the votes showing that AlGore the Loser won making Bush "illegitimate". That assumes 1) that the FL "Sunshine" law does allow that - which is disputed, and that also assumes 2) that these "votes" were in fact legal votes - which cannot be the case if the real Supremes do not permit them to be counted So the Dem's "illegitimacy" argument cannot withstand analysis, like all their other arguments.
