Rationale: A recount might reveal that Gore won. The disclosure of the truth might cause irreparable harm to Bush
so the US Supreme Court must suppress the truth to help Bush.

I think you shortchange whites in your post. 67% of 300M is around 200M, not the 107M you posted.knc
