Not if the criteria for determining what is and what isn't an actual vote is allowed to float in the middle of the process, depending on who is examining the ballot, what county they are examining it in, what time of day it is, etc.

Ken,the recovery rate of votes from the undercounts yesterday, prove that theft occured in the first hand counts. The ratio of votes in initial hand counts which were subsequently awarded to gore are proof that some % of these votes are really DALYVOTES. Your side needs to offer these ballots up for closer inspection, we all saw the DALY method of manufacturing votes, while yesterday, under the control of courts, the trick of divination just wasnt working. Hence we need a RECOUNT OF all DALYVOTES. You Know it and I know it.
