Read the whole charter. Then do a search of amendments, etc. It is not going to come out and say they are waiting for the A/C-- and that is not what I said. I am not going to spoon feed you. Every person owes it to themselves to find the real truth. That is your Journey, the reason you are here. You can live in your own fantasy land. Every government has a secret agenda. Every government wants to control you and your actions. The same can be said for all religious dogma. It is the same for past kings, etc. The only truths are when you look within and cross the River.
