Paul,
JB is not running for Prez, so that is not a fair comparison. Honor and integrity become relative when entering the political arena, but I would hope that after this debacle some would TRY for a change to show some of these two most rare political qualities.

Whoever wins will have their work cut out for them over the next few years and no doubt deserves at least initial support, at bare minimum a "wait and see" attitude. I fear the victor will be harangued from the beginning of his term.

Market wise this suggests that the XAU bottom seemingly put in recently on the charts may be the real McCoy.

Cold weather forecast over the next few weeks added to the prospect of a conservative Israelis gov't and the Supremes leaning toward Bush suggest the OSX may avoid a further breakdown. We'll see if it gets back up through the neckline.

I don't think I would call the last few weeks in the market fun, but the next few weeks may be.
