I answered that question. It's an ignorant contention. Not even the one communist you mentioned was an atheist, he was an Episcopalian. I had read this, but this am called a friend whose husband is a quadriplegic who is read to by a man who is a volunteer reader to the disabled. For some time, one of the disabled for whom he read was Hiss. (My friend lives in NY, so I guess Hiss lived there.) This man said that what I had read about Hiss was correct, he was an Episcopalian.
