Last summer we were brought a mis treated lab. I worked with him and got to where I could get in the kennel with him with no growling. A month later I could walk him with no leash. Duke became my buddy. The people who "saved" him came out and wanted to walk him. Against my advice they walked him by the Interstate. Yep, they left him for ME to bury. Now we have an old setter, 13 years. He was in a kennel with no house. My dog house's are two rooms and inside the porch. We're feeding him rymadal for his joints and he'll be 50 degrees warmer. When he dies I'll bury him too. Life is so fucked up.
