i think we are sayin' the same thing: Ab - It's politics my man, it's all partisan politics that IS the reality - but in the political game (and many others) APPEARANCES ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN REALITY. i do not chastise Harris for having been a whore. i just think she loses massive points for being so transparent. i am thinking really hard to come up with a politician who is not a whore, but i think they all lost their last election.

It's one thing to sit here and read Abstract's abstract ranting and raving through the streets.... But you, Voltaire? THE CONSEVATIVE REPUBLICAN DOMINATED PARTIAL AND PARTISAN U.S. SUPREME COURT IS ABOUT TO GIVE A LESSON IN PARTISANSHIP 101 The USSC has given nobody any reason to doubt it's integrity. It is an extreme honor to serve as Justice on that court. Those people are thinking idealistically...They know what they decide will go down in the history books. They also know that the interpretation of the law in the future is molded around their decisions. What they are about to do is something that goes very much against their wishes. They are going to have to step in and overturn a State Supreme Court. Why?...Because that court ignored their attempts to suggest to them to quit running amuck of the law. It is so obvious the FSSC ran amuck that their own Chief Justice said so! Heck....They haven't made order out of chaos...they've made chaos out of order! It has gone so bad in Fla that the USSP has to step in. And they didn't want to! That should be obvious to you from the last decision they made concerning the FSSC. I could write a whole chapter on how the Gore lawyers with the help of the FSSC has ruined their chances of claiming this election as a win. If they would have thought first instead of barreling forward as fast as they could in "counting" Gore votes. They could have had this done right, and with enough time. The biggest example of this goof up is that the FSSC has not ruled on the one thing they could have, and would have never been overturned by the USSP. That is they could have given specific standards on how to determine a vote on those ballots. That would have been simply interpreting the law. It would not have been changing the law or writing new laws. But no! Those liberal minded idiots couldn't do that! That would have been hard! They just wanted a chance to claim as many votes as they could for gore. Once again the Liberal mind shows itself as wanting all the control and no responsibility! BirdDog
