I didn't think kennedy and o'conner where up in the next four years. I also believe republicans will have do something remarkable to maintain any control in two/four years. You will see a better educated voter in democratic booth. I can see it now sign up for how to vote 101.ha

If Roe v. Wade were reversed, that wouldn't make abortions illegal, it would leave it to the states to decide. California and New York would not make abortions illegal, they were legal there before Roe v. Wade.
