Dear dvdw: I cant link it as I read it in the hardcopy newpaper, but probably some here know how to get it on line. It was toward the back of section A I believe. The article was quoting election supervisors that said they thought the undervote count a waste of time but they did come across something interesting in the overvote but since the court did not order them to count overvotes they merely put those ballots aside.
