You say that now, but wait until something happens to you or a member of your family and you find your recourse is blocked or limited by "reform" sponsored and paid for by those who have inflicted the damage.

I had the same bias as you until a few years ago, when I became a plaintiff in a medical malpractice suit wherein my mother was killed by the negligence of a doctor and hospital. It was at that point that I discovered how so-called "tort reform" really works.
