I think it's pretty clear that the US SC is really pissed at the Fla SC, and the Fla SC's chief justice strongly disented from his court's 4 to 3 decision to get the recount going again.

I think as soon as the US SC rules, (if in favor of Bush)we'll hae a rally for a couple days. Then when Gore concedes, another couple day rally.

It still amazes me that the Fla SC junped out and stopped the initial certification of Bush several weeks ago, even though the coourt had no case before it. Neither Bush nor Gore had brought a petition before the court, and they still acted. Talk about "judicial activism" !!
