Baker made a great case showing the FL rogue court was acting illegally and as an AlGore court. Baker explained that the rogue "SC"OFL ordered that all the "votes" AlGore the Loser gleaned from the partial hand count in the Dem areas of Dade be included - reducing Bush's lead - despite the fact that FL expressly mandates any hand recount must be of ALL the votes. The rogue "SC"OFL therefore omitted a hand recount of the 80% of Dade that is Republican! That is not fair. That is illegal. That is a rogue court.
