"They bypass those who could lead them to where they want to be and follow those who assist in keeping them where they do not like to be" A very good example of this is the inexplicable opposition of the so-called black leadership to school vouchers. Let's see, the state gives you a voucher that would allow you to send your children to another, better school and get them out of the failed, dysfunctional inner city battlezones where they might actually be able to learn. Hell no, that's a horrible, racist idea! Its very, very sad. Derek
