I think you know the answer. The Broward County recount was biased in favor of Mr. Gore. We both know that.

My point is simply that it was subjective. By definition, it could be nothing other than subjective.

Your argument is based on the acceptance of subjective criteria to determine the thought process of a voter who failed to accurately complete the voting process.

I understand your argument. The problem is that the 'truth' you come up with is subjective.

I think maybe subjective analysis of a ballot to try and determine if the voter actually voted undermines the civil rights of every voter who actually punched a punch card and demonstrated their actual real intent, regardless of who they voted for.

No matter how much Boies spins it, he can't escape the fact that he is arguing for subjective analysis of a punch card.

The single thing your employer has done that has not been exposed yet is the obfuscation of the words "ballot" and "vote".

The media still hasn't figured it out. I must say that was a stroke of genius. You even snookered Jesse Jackson on that.

By the way, Boies is on TV right now, telling "the American People" what they think. He's calling a ballot a vote right now! The dude is good. He's arguing his legal case on television!

lawdog, I've been on the same exact thing from Day One; the law must be followed.

Your chants have changed every time the facts change. When the ballot counting admitted ballots from three counties in South Florida, it was "let every vote count", and "full, fair and accurate count."

Then you argued against counting military absentee ballots in Florida, and went to court to have thousands of VOTES thrown out in two Florida counties. When the FL SC ruled in favor of Gore, you thought they were the wisest bunch on Earth. They said count in all counties, and your position changed right along with them. You ALWAYS meant "all the votes", not just three counties.

Then the US Supreme Court rules against Gore, and your assertion is that they are subverting the Constitution! And then you add, "the law must be followed."

Less sophisticated citizens don't see the smoke and mirrors, sweetie. We both understand that. You are missing the bigger picture, which is Public Relations. The PR game has been won by Bush, just because he sat and watched and did the minimum required to keep Al on a short leash.

I want you to know that I know Al will never ever give up. He will never give up.

Al's averaged down too many times. He's Nick Leeson. His spokespeople are lying, bald faced lying, to the public on television.

You think that nobody sees what's going on here. You think that nobody sees what the plan is once the entire country is completely polarized. You think that nobody knows who is REALLY orchestrating this. You might even think yourself that Al is running your show.

That's good. I know more than you do. That's the way I like it.

How about another KKK post. That was really amusing.

Voter intent includes any discernable mark that a voter makes on a ballot. That's the law.

If I puked on Al Gore's name would that count as a valid vote?
