Greetings Joel, How did the Supreme Court act irresponsibly when ... it is not the decision that i find irresponsible - i agree with you that the decision was okay. maybe it is solely me - but i was surprised that they showed their hand - that they revealed the completely partisan split of their decision - especially with the whole country watching it was irresponsible of them to pop the "bubble," the myth that i'd bought into, that they were non-partisan, above the fray - a HIGH court of last resort - better than the partisan legislature and better than the self-serving executive branch - the damage they have done is to have revealed that they are no better than anyone else - i do not revere them any more
