Your partisianship is not permitting you to think straight.

Anyway, what is the harm to Bush if it turns out that he was not the winner in Florida? If people look at him as a illegitimate President, he deserves it

Forget about the candidate being Bush.(if you can) Any vote counts that come out of an standardless/illegal count would give rise to allegations of illegitamacy. These allegations would be unfounded, yet the opposing party would trumpet this nonsense nonetheless. This would be done to dupe the uninformed. (as is the practice of the Dems) These same would apply were the shoe on the other foot.

It is not he Court's duty to manufacture public opinion in favor of GW Bush and you should be ashamed for positing such.

I never posited such. I barely got out of high school, never went to college, and I'm completely UNimpressed with your skill as a lawyer.

(I have one on retainer who would eat your lunch)
