There's no insult to a minority there, unless it's to the minority of people that have been taught that it's better to sit on one's ass and take a handout than rise up and take responsibility for one's actions. People living like that can be white, black, red, yellow or whatever depending on where you're at, but they share a common enemy or friend depending on one's viewpoint, in the government programs that perpetuates their lifestyle and ethics.

After several years in government watching politicians, political appointees and ambitious bureaucrats weave webs of stupid cliches to dupe the public, it's still kind of sad to see them repeated by parrots who swallow the politicians' schtick hook, line and sinker.

But then again, the process of getting elected is mostly about fooling most of the people most of the time.

Fortunately the actually process of governing is so messy and diffuse that few if any of the cliches ever get implemented.

And most of the people mostly don't figure out they were lied to and suckered in like dupes.

And so it goes....

(i.e. who cares who wins, it's all contrived BS from top to bottom anyway)
