This reminds me of the old joke about a federal regulation that proposed to set aside 10% of all airline seats for non-fliers.

I always know when he'll be in the cafeteria (on the second floor) because I can smell his cologne when I go down the stair well from the fifth floor. Never fails. There was a gal like that too, but she toned down her perfume a few years ago and now is quite tolerable.
