The NAACP is scheduled to hold a "make every vote count" rally Monday at noon EST outside Miami's Stephen P. Clark Government Building. NAACP leader Kweisi Mfume and civil rights activist the Rev. Jesse Jackson are scheduled to speak. "" Elmer, I wonder what Mr. Jackson is after!! I read in a daily paper that he has received offer of financial help from Maamer Ghadafi, the Libian dictator, to help contest the results! I wonder if the State Department will advise him from not to accept the money!
