Boise Must argue the case, he is the one who can talk around the intimate details of each and every issue. Why they would have considered the other guy is beyond me. Boise has the nuances of arguing the finer points of Fl. law down pat, so he can most effectively extrapolate the gore case, his flsc victories provide support to the rapid fire format of the USSC. I wish they would have put alan dershowitz out there, it would have been a hoot.
