Boise Must argue the case, he is the one who can talk around the intimate details of each and every issue. Why they would have considered the other guy is beyond me.

Boise has the nuances of arguing the finer points of Fl. law down pat, so he can most effectively extrapolate the gore case, his flsc victories provide support to the rapid fire format of the USSC.

I wish they would have put alan dershowitz out there, it would have been a hoot.

Hdl, that was the talk from early this morning since he was semi bashing the very justices he had to face Monday and the fact that some were disappointed in his performance before the Supremes the other day. This afternoon it seems that all agree it will be Tribe again tomorrow. It also seems the news this morning was wrong re ballots getting flying time... staying put for now...
