hi david i just filled out the claims litigation paperwork today! LOL! last day! good thing i'm not procrastinating, huh? i did also call an 800 number and speak to one of the attorneys. she answered some questions for me and i was pleasantly surprised to have reached her. i'll send the forms out today via certified mail with return receipt requested, and then sit back and wait. my calculations show that i should get $2464 back, but that's before they tally up all of the claims. i'm figuring maybe $17 or $18 bucks when that figure comes in! <vbg> gotta run to the post office! :) mark
