but gop will say ballots have deteriorated and can't be counted. independent prosecutor will say counters tampered with the evidence. counters will cross-claim against gore and his operatives and fla sup ct and say they were just following orders. gop will bring in sauls as example of one who didn't tamper with the evidence-just trucked the ballots. the essence of this nation is now litigation. it won't end no matter who is elected.
