**OT** Good Point also. I find it amazing that we are so willing to throw out common sense when times are good and that we get down to the nitty gritty only in bad times. It almost makes the case that we shouldn't do away with the boom bust cycles as we need them to clean up things and put people back on track on a regular basis.
