This is not a new law in Florida and has been applied this way for decades. FLORIDA LAW DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR AN EQUAL STATEWIDE STANDARD. How can the U.S. Supreme Court therefore stop the count based on lack of an "equal standard"? I am arguing law, not politics. That is something you are too biased to do or understand. I'm sure glad you're not my attorney. The US Constitution takes precedence over the Florida Constitution and the fact there is a violation of "equal rights" probably doesn't concern you too much as it hasn't concerned the democrats.
