Breakwater Resources Ltd. announced that it will Webcast, on a live, listen-only basis, its next regularly scheduled conference call covering its fourth quarter and year-end financial and operating results for the periods ended December 31, 2000. This Webcast will be available through a separate third party webcasting service, Q1234.com. The conference call will begin at 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on Wednesday, February 21, 2001. The conference call will review Breakwater's fourth quarter and year-end financial and operating results for the periods ended December 31, 2000. The Company's news release covering these results will be released prior to the conference call on Wednesday, February 21, 2001 and will be available on the Company's website at www.breakwater.ca. The scheduled speakers on the conference call will be Gordon F. Bub, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Colin K. Benner, President and Chief Operating Officer and Rene R. Galipeau, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. The conference call may, but not necessarily will, include forward-looking statements.
