I find it kinda humorous that you inferred from my comments that MSU was getting ready to close the doors.

I hardly think that is the case if they have $1.6 million in cash and are still building boxes.

All I am saying is that many of these private investors bought their stock at a price between $1-3/share and they simply have no interest in selling at a price below what they paid. Thus, the revocation of the registration filing.

They can still sell when they want, but they will have to file a Form 144 and there are limits to the amount of stock they can unload when it is still restricted.

Personally speaking, the company has NEVER been in as good of shape, fundamentally speaking, than it is today.

But obviously, from looking at the stock price, folks have a hard time recognizing this, and shareholders have an even harder time defending the management's inability to obtain recognition.
