MB and Tip,

I read a book called "Inventing Money" by Nicholas Dunbar that covered the LTCM debacle pretty well. It didn't have statements detailing all of the positions, obviously, but it did go into the types of positions that they made, along with specific examples. I think that in addition to the "low-risk" stuff that they were known for, a couple of merger arbitrage plays went against them, too..
