I will say, however, that I find their decision to stop the recount most curious, given the Dec. 12th deadline rapidly approaching. If they truly had serious questions regarding the validity of the recount, they should have allowed the recount to continue and simply disallowed the vote change afterwards, if needed. The USSC was basically saying, with their issuance of a stay, that "Boys and girls, the circus has gone on way too long and now it's over. Big daddy is going to spank a few kangaroo behinds and then send you all back home". And hooray for that!!
