Well, there a lot of lawyers out there Mephisto... some of them are even good ones... :0)

But I suggest you read the footnotes contained on Page 37 of the Bush USSC brief which discusses the issue of "dimpled chads" in previous Florida elections:

"During oral argument before this court in Bush, the Florida Attorney General's office could not name a single instance, prior to this year's presidential election, in which manual recounts were undertaken for mere voter error"

If this isn't CLEAR EVIDENCE that Florida's election law was significantly altered in order to drum up votes for Al Gore, I don't know what a reasonable person requires as proof.

Bottom line, election standards have to be the same for EVERY election. They can not be revised post-facto to the actual election.
