I think the substance of those posts are no more than conjecture about what the voter may or may not have intended... that would be no different than making philosophical guesses about how many teeth a horse may or may not have in his mouth... after all is said and done, the best and most empirical way to find out how many teeth the horse actually has is to open the horses mouth and count the teeth themselves... this is what the USSC has stopped, the direct observable and empirical counting of those teeth... now, if the voter didn't vote, it would clearly show as a chad totally left alone, and if the voter did indeed poke through the chad, it would show something... as long as those questionable ballots remain uncounted, there will remain that looming and pervasive cloud of doubt about the ethical ligitimacy of either of those two candidates claiming the moral high ground and ultimate victory.....IMHO
