Looks like we may get another Arctic incursion into Wisconsin this coming weekend. Notice the solid dark blue curve at the top of the state indicating below average temps,

Shorts betting NG will fall in the face of these fundamentals and abnormally cold weather, I dont feel so bad for holding onto my core position of FLC now.

I imagine NG Shorts maybe ready for ER tonight as the futures have exploded, again.

Nothing like trying to hit a series deciding grandslam in the bottom of the ninth in the last game of the WS when a double will do the job...

Any futures market is dangerous IMO. But with the January natgas contract knocking on the door to $10, and with it starting the year being priced at around $2.25 (see futures.tradingcharts.com, it's neat to dream about how much someone coulda made if they'd bought this on 1/1/00 and then held 'till it got to $10.

Could someone who knows more about this market help me out here? Let's say you'd plunked down 10 grand on the January '01 contract at 1/1/00, using max margin. What'd that be worth today?
