Hi freeus, He would have to get several to do that. I am not sure though that: (a) the electors could change of their own volition or (b) if this has ever occurred in previous history that could be used as a guide to how this was handled then. I also honestly think that if the perception was such that people felt that Bore tried to win the presidency in this manner, that there would be serious repercussions and he will have definitely destroyed his career once and for all.
