Katherine Harris tried to perform her job as spelled out by the legislature until the FSC enjoined her. Then the FSC gave her new marching orders and she did exactly what they told her to do without deviation. I fail to understand why the Gore supporters have a problem with that.

Why is this so difficult to grasp?>> I agree wholeheartedly. I keep hearing about how partisan Katherine Harris is and no one has ever posted what she did that was partisan. She followed the laws of the state of Florida and then she followed the FLSC ruling. Why is she being vilified?
