The term "no manipulation" is a bit severe, don't you think?
There is the matter of margin requirements (widely reported -- even right here) which makes it seem as though the commodity exchanges are working to protect or assist the positions of their sr. members short the precious metals. Even Bobby Godsell(AU), Peter Munk(ABX), Wayne Murdy(NEM), Robert Leclerc(ECO) have said this practice need to be altered or changed to show equity for both sides of the transaction.

Then should we mention the cattle futures "trading expertise" of Hillary Clinton?
