Scalia, Rheinquist, and U. Thomas are an Orin Hatch wet dream. The dems would have more of a chance arguing before Pat Robertson and Jerry Fallwell. (and they might as well be) Hopefully the SC rules 5-4 again so the entire country can see the cliff that the banana republicans are driving us over. In any event the courts power will be greatly diminished and half the country will not take them seriously. The consolation prize is that the entire Bush presidency will be a joke and liberals will soon have control of the senate since Helms and Thurman are past their expiration date.
