I didn't say he wouldn't fight for it.

I said the Fla Supreme Court wouldn't have changed the law to benefit him. And the Supreme Court would have had no illegal decision to overturn.

End of story.

As a lawyer, I find the saddest thing here is the politicization of the Fla SC. But then, they've long been known as a very activist, liberal court. Main difference is that up to now they've been opposed to citizen decision making (perpetually void initiative drives for absurd reasons). Suddenly they're the friends of the voters?
