Don't worry about the law--"the circus has gone on way too long!".... Nice.... ecm, The "circus" has been the FSC's contemptuous abuse of the law and the US Constitution. After the election was held, they merrily and arbitrarily whipped out new laws, rules, regulations, time schedules, etc. as the mood and circumstances suited their fancy. At least the FSC Chief Justice finally woke up and realized what a disastrous road they were heading down and sought to put a halt to it. My guess is the USSC, by a 5-4 decision, will overturn the FSC under a strict interpretation of Article. II. Section. 1 of the US Constitution. Result, game over.
