I did notice the futures drop dramatically... I can follow your reasoning under a Bush administration, but wouldn't Gore continue the same policies that kept this bull market running for the past twelve years and during Clinton's eight years? TIA

If this were true, why does the bond market take a hit every time it appears that Bush has won. Bush is clearly seen as being the most fiscally irresponsible with his call for huge tax cuts.
