Harry,

If the same standard was applied statewide , fine, but every county has different standards,

Thst is how the law works in Florida. Counties make their own standards. Scalia using this as an excuse, after blocking the recount two weeks ago is pretty pathetic.

Why didn't he request this two weeks ago? He has compromised his position to a point where he needs to resign.

hmaly - Re:"Isn't that like saying that any team which has won because of a disputed referees call should be willing to play it over again."

Stopping the recount is like stopping the game in the 4th quarter, because the owner's brother and the head cheerleader of the team with a small lead, declare: "We're ahead. We win, game over."
