Yeah, I had to say it. I recall reading of the fraud double-punch method well, and it's quite plausible, your welcome. Of course too, what I said doesn't mean the fact that chads are innocently falling off doesn't provide potential good cover for fraud, either. ;-)

I'm totally fed up with this chad crap! Punch cards are not new and have been around for decades. Most all of us have delt with them in one form or another. They're used in testing, polling, voting and all sorts of data tabulations. Every single time they're used, instructions our very clear as how to punch the cards or ballots and the punchers & punchees are reminded to remove all chips of paper and to make sure the holes are punched clean and are clear. It' pure Pig Pucky to even allow ballots that have hanging chads!! What dimpled and hanging chads indicate is only one thing....The voter didn't vote properly! It's time to stop babying people and tell them to put some effort into it.
