John Paul Stevens (perhaps) and Rehnquist I think by Nixon. Scalia, O'Connor, and perhaps Kennedy were appointed by RR (Kennedy might have been a Bush appointee). Thomas and Souter by Bush, and Breyer and Ginsburg by Clinton. RR elevated Rehnquist to Chief. Stevens may predate Nixon, but I think he was a Nixon appointee that turned soft (see Souter). I suspect that the libs have polaroids of Souter.
