By law school profs and commentators, who tend to be on the liberal fringe and tend to be in favor of judicial activism!

I have often observed that the people who do well in law school with the case method and whose essays the liberal faculty like are the ones who turn around and teach their liberal view by the case method ten years later. It's a small, self-perpetuating cycle.
