Sounds more like wishful thinking. I don't think so. Feel free to buy into the media hype... the "experts" have been wrong so many times already in trying to outguess the courts. The media is using every sensational soundbite they can get their hands on to pump up their ratings...period. There is no clear message here, and just because one outspoken conservative member of the U.S court alludes to the possibility of reversal of the state's ruling means nothing. After reviewing all my data and information this evening, I will admit that the bullish case is gaining momentum...more so on the NYSE where the bullish percent on a P&F added 1% to 45%(and higher lows). Historically this indicator has risen from this level to 70% before returning to 30% Almost all tech indices are at important resistances. It's still very much a gamblers market with lots of noise. After the noise is gone, the question remains... will the underlying fundamentals of the market support and hold up any longer term advances. Will any bad news and earnings warnings continue to get bought? Bulls must climb the wall of worry...
