Duke, where has the Supreme Court been all these years during which law has been in effect? My final answer is: C. Washington, DC? What??!!!?? Can I call a friend. You are saying the Florida statute and the statute of many other states regarding manual recounts that has helped turn dozens of elections in the past couple decades are all unconstitutional? You should have spent more time around Condon. Those fumes around Bagley can be dangerous. :)))
